Delicious healthy kokos chiapudding with sugarfree chocolade crème of soy and sweet cinnamon beanpaste
Light but filling nutricious breakfast or whenever you are in the mood sweet snack
What's in it

50 g
Chia seeds
100 ml
Kokosmilk
150 ml
Water to dilute
200 middle sized
Cane of beans (chickpeas or white/brown/black beans)
3 spoons
Sweetener of choice (honey/sugar/dates)
1 spoons
Cinnamon
250 g
Silk tofu
100 g
Dates (I used datepaste bought at the Asian supermarket)
20 g
Cacaopowder
1 handfull
Of toppings of your choice
How to do it

Soak the chiaseeds in the diluted kokosmilk, add some cinnamon if you like, stir well and set away overnight in the fridge (or at least some hours)

Blend the silk tofu with the datepaste and cacaopowder with a kitchen aid machine

Blend the beans with 3 spoons of sweetener of choice and 3/4 tbsp of cinnamon

Add everything together in a bowl in proportions that fits your hunger and finish with toppings of your choice! I recommend banana, cacaonibs, granola and some raspberries!
